Australia’s largest independent experts specialising solely in Data Recovery, Data Conversion and Computer Forensics. Forensic Data was established in 1998 and has offices in Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane and we specialise in the forensic analysis of all major forms of electronic data storage media.
We develop and write our investigative software and tools in house and we have the capacity to deal with storage media that is not currently in use. These services are not just a part of what we do, they’re all we do.
We have performed work for most major law firms, the ACCC, the ASIC, State and Federal governments, Department of Defence, most major accounting firms, State and Federal Police, schools, Universities, the National Archives of Australia, major banks, mining companies and insurance companies. We even provide specialist expertise in data conversion, data recovery and computer forensic services to several companies within our own industry.
Our software tools and hardware techniques have all been developed in-house, firstly because we have the necessary technical skills to do so, but more importantly, it allows us to modify our procedures to suit each and every job.
We do much more than simply use a boxed software product to recover or analyse your data. We are able to prepare expert reports for all of our services on offer and we can ensure that an appropriately qualified expert is available, if necessary, to provide evidence in court. |
